RETURNS
Due to the live nature of our products, We are unable to accept returns.
VERY IMPORTANT
You can only receive one replacement OR a refund. You cannot receive multiple replacements or a replacement and a refund on the same order.
REPLACEMENTS
To receive a replacement for your order you must notify us using the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing [email protected] within 8 hours of package delivery. Please include a description of why you are requesting a replacement.
REFUNDS
To receive a refund for your order you must notify us using the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing [email protected] within 8 hours of package delivery. Please include a description of why you are requesting a refund and attach any photo evidence of the complaint. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Refunds process the same day they are approved. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Any delay beyond that point is due to processing time of your financial institution which we have no control over.
